We engage with our clients to achieve stability by ensuring their operations are capable of delivering products or services and able to leverage lean thinking. We do this by working with clients to identify problem areas and recommend a long term stable solution whilst ensuring there are quick wins in the short term to minimize a negative impact to the business.
We will bring in specialists to unfold the problem areas in the operational processes and introduce improvements through streamlining and introducing value by not only utilising capital assets and human resource but also through continuous improvement. We look at business process re-engineering from the perspective of managing capability, process flows, equipping organisations to improve processes on their own and people involved in delivering processes and design. We train our client’s operations teams to align to new behaviours that are necessary to support improvement programmes and activities. Operations reviews are carried out to identify the scale of improvement activities and to assess strengths and weaknesses.
As part of the output of the work we carry out, we provide a report including factors such as alignment structure, performance, collaboration and risk. We highlight specific lean opportunities and recommend viable improvement programmes.
