Bethany Christian Trust is a Scottish based charity with more than 200 staff and volunteers supporting the homeless and vulnerable. Innovation IT provided consulting and management services to senior management to put together a 5 year IT strategy that supported the organisation's business plan. One of the key outputs of this work was a roadmap identifying milstones for implementing a multi-site computer network infrastructure and client management, housing, HR and fundraising databases - all the technology required to leverage the business but cost effectively and efficiently.

Innovation IT continued to support Bethany by implementing and supporting a Windows Enterprise network that allows connectivity to satellite offices and remote access by staff. Procedures were set-up to hand over support and daily operations to a newly formed internal IT department.

RequipIT is a domestic appliance and computer refurbishment social enterprise based in Edinburgh but with a UK wide customer base. Innovation IT set-up a low cost computer network, client database and website to support e-commerce, retail, warehousing and operations.
