our products and services come with an option of taking
up three levels of support that are managed by our Customer
Support Centre, which allows up to 24 by 7 cover. You
may select for a choice of response times, ranging from
4 to 48 hours.
Our Bronze level is the entry point allowing clients
to receive telephone and email support together with
remote access by Innovation IT specialists to client
systems for maintenance and resolution of problems.
Our Silver level includes everything in the Bronze level
plus an onsite call-out service with a next business
day response.
Our Gold level includes everything in the Silver level
plus an onsite call-out service with a same day business
day response.
