Customer Support


All our products and services come with an option of taking up three levels of support that are managed by our Customer Support Centre, which allows up to 24 by 7 cover. You may select for a choice of response times, ranging from 4 to 48 hours.

Our Bronze level is the entry point allowing clients to receive email advice.

Our Silver level includes everything in the Bronze level and allows direct access to technical staff via telephone, fax or email .

Our Gold level includes everything in the Silver level and allows for onsite technical support.

 


 

You will be able to access us directly via our website. This provides the facility to log requests, track the status of requests and view stats reports.

In all cases the client will have to provide an account and verification number for security purposes.
